For AI creators & indie studios

Know what your AI production really costs.

Set a budget and estimate your whole stack — subscriptions and API, re-rolls priced in. Then track what you actually burn, down to cost per finished video. Prices verified against every tool's official page — with an alert the moment a platform quietly changes its rates.

20 tools covered · every price verified & dated · updated when platforms change

What CostWatcher shows you instead

01

An estimate that fits your budget

One project, your whole stack — Kling, ElevenLabs and an API block in one estimate, re-rolls priced in. Start from verified catalog plans, adjust a price to your deal, or add a tool we don't list.

02

Actuals without the spreadsheet

Paste what your dashboard shows — no spreadsheet, no logging every re-roll. We count them for you: the real cost per finished minute, tracked against your budget as you work.

03

A living price database

Every price is verified against the tool's official page and dated. When a platform quietly changes a rate or cap, you get an alert with the recalculated impact on your cost per finished minute.

Questions, answered

Which tools are covered?

20 at launch: Kling, Runway, Veo (Google Flow), Hailuo, Luma, PixVerse, Seedance, Grok Imagine, HeyGen, Synthesia, Colossyan, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Ideogram, Leonardo, GPT Image, ElevenLabs, Suno, Udio, Flow Music. The list keeps growing.

Where do prices come from?

A maintained, versioned price database of every tool's plans and credit rates. Every entry carries a verified-at date and a link to the official pricing page — when a platform changes pricing silently (and they do), we re-verify and version the change. And soon: alert you.

What if my deal is different — or my tool isn't listed?

Start from the catalog and adjust the price or credit volume to your actual deal — annual discount, referral bonus credits. Tools we don't cover yet, including API pay-per-call billing, can be priced manually: estimates and actuals still work; price alerts need a cataloged tool.

How does actuals tracking work?

You paste what your tool's dashboard shows — balance, plan — and we turn it into a snapshot: real waste ratio, cost per finished minute, plan vs budget. One explicit action each time; no silent background access — auto-connectors will always be opt-in.

When does it open?

In waves — the early list gets invites first. The capacity calculator is already live: your link arrives right after you sign up.
